Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across the Integrated Supply Chain.

This role serves as the global owner for E2E Planning standards, capabilities, and adoption strategies, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and business teams to drive planning excellence and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or business.
• 7+ years in supply chain planning or IBP in global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, operating principles, governance frameworks across regions and planning organizations.
• Establish and monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead process transformation initiatives resulting from business, organizational, and technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
