Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst with deep SAP S/4HANA experience to drive General Ledger, interfaces, and Direct Material AP automation across a global enterprise. You will guide design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities, ensuring accurate financial data flow and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, SAP delivery, or transformation work, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA General Ledger and Accounts Payable experience, including journal postings and AP automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead release activities for SAP S/4HANA General Ledger, interfaces, and Direct Material AP automation.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, and shared services to deliver scalable GL, interface, and AP automation solutions.
• Support GL design, including chart of accounts, ledgers, postings, and close processes.
• Oversee testing for GL, interfaces, and AP automation across SIT, FIT, BST, and UAT.
