This role owns E2E Planning standards, capabilities, and adoption strategies, partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to drive planning excellence and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or end-to-end planning in large global organizations.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance across regions and planning organizations.
• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, governance, and adoption strategies.
• Monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead transformative initiatives resulting from business, organizational, or technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes and user experiences.
• Partner with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
