Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End Planning, to shape and govern global planning standards across the Integrated Supply Chain. You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business functions to drive planning excellence and performance.

You will lead capability development, digital enablement, and process innovations while guiding adoption strategies and training programs for the E2E Planning community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (>7yrs) in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, E2E Planning, or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
• Experience working in complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, governance, and frameworks across regions and sectors.
• Lead process transformation initiatives from organizational and tech changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process docs, and training materials.
• Drive adoption of improved planning capabilities and scenario planning.
• Build communities of practice to share knowledge and capabilities.
