Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Internal Assessor to join our global Internal Assurance team.

You will support assurance activities related to ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, EU NIS2, and EU Cyber Resilience Act, and assess controls and regulatory readiness across our multinational organization. You will also conduct M&A security-related assessments, support secure shutdown activities, and address cybersecurity risks during divestments and site closures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, governance, risk and compliance, control testing, or regulatory assessments.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, EU NIS2 and EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and conduct cybersecurity internal assessments focused on regulatory requirements.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, processes, and evidence against applicable requirements.
• Support gap assessments, readiness reviews, and internal assurance activities across business units, countries, and product areas.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with control owners, product teams, and stakeholders to gather evidence and validate results.
• Document assessment scope, methodology, findings, risks, evidence, and conclusions in a clear, auditable manner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
