Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Internal Assessor to join our global Internal Assessment Team.

You will support assurance activities across cybersecurity standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, EU NIS2, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act, ensuring proper controls and evidence of compliance across a large organization. You will also conduct M&A security-related assessments and support secure shutdown activities during divestitures and site closures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, governance, risk and compliance.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, EU NIS2, EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare and conduct cybersecurity internal assessments focused on regulatory requirements.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and evidence.
• Support gap assessments, readiness reviews, and internal assurance across units/countries/products.
• Conduct interviews/workshops with control owners and stakeholders to collect evidence.
• Document assessment scope, methodology, findings and risks in a clear, auditable manner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
