Dauch is seeking a Customs Operation Analyst to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, oversee pedimentos, and ensure compliance with Mexican and international trade regulations. The role includes preparing documents, managing payments, and coordinating with customs agencies to meet timelines.

Ideal candidates have a background in international business, experience in automotive supply chains, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business or similar.
• Strong virtual operations knowledge.
• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiar with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, AEO.
• Experience with Mexican regulatory trade compliance (SAT, Customs).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate pedimentos and administration.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure efficient flows.
• File Electronic Value Declaration on time.
• Manage controls for maritime imports to meet timing and penalties.
• Prepare import/export documents for materials including fixed assets.
• Review and authorize payments of customs declarations on time.
• Verify pedimento identifiers and apply PROSEC, USMCA rules correctly.
• Communicate with Mexican and US customs agencies as required.
• Ensure compliance with C-TPAT/OAS in foreign trade operations.
• Monitor operations and report incidents to supervisor.
