American Axle & Manufacturing seeks a Customs Operation Analyst to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage pedimentos, and ensure compliance with PROSEC/USMCA under tight timelines. You will work with Mexican brokers and internal teams to guarantee accurate processes and timely declarations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in international business or similar required.
• Strong knowledge of virtual operations and logistics processes.
• 2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with Mexican regulatory trade compliance (SAT, Ministry of Economy).
• Familiarity with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, AEO programs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Mexican brokers and internal teams.
• Prepare and review import/export documents and pedimentos.
• Oversee PROSEC, USMCA and related rule applications in pedimento reviews.
• Ensure timely payment and filing of customs declarations.
• Monitor compliance and report incidents to supervisor.
