Justworks is seeking a Customer Support Specialist, International, to provide exceptional support to Admins and employees. You'll be responsible for guiding users through platform navigation and ensuring they maximize its value.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the EOR space, and must be passionate about leveraging automation to improve support efficiency. This role is based in Mexico City, offering a dynamic and supportive environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of 600,000 to 750,000 MXN annually, emphasizing Justworks’ commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with EOR experience.
• Proven track record of building new functions or workflows.
• Native or close to native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Own front-line support experience across phone, email, and chat.
• Partner with International Consultants to navigate compliance issues.
• Create documentation and FAQs for the team’s growth.
