3Search is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own and drive multiple creative projects from brief to delivery. You’ll partner with design, social, video, and copy teams, maintaining timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.

The role blends agency-style ownership with in-house collaboration within a global creative hub. You’ll manage diverse creative deliverables, push for clear briefs, identify risks, and explore AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.

Formación

• Experience managing creative projects within an agency, creative studio, social/content agency, or in-house creative team.
• Experience across social-first content, digital, design, video, motion, campaigns, and other creative deliverables.
• Proven track record of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Curiosity around AI-supported project and workflow tools.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple creative and social-first projects from brief through final delivery.
• Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and approvals end to end.
• Coordinate projects across design, social, video, motion, copy, and digital.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Understand the brief and what the stakeholder is trying to achieve before work moves into the creative team.
• Ask the right questions when a brief is unclear or missing information.
