Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in team management and client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite) and Asana for program tracking and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, coordinating cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
• Own end-to-end program governance and SLA compliance with robust tracking.
• Interface between internal client teams and execution partners to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating high-level goals into actionable vendor tasks.
• Leverage Asana and Google Workspace to maintain real-time visibility into project health.
