Wabtec Corporation is seeking an experienced engineer with project management expertise to lead life cycle cost reduction initiatives in propulsion services. You will influence cross-functional teams, drive cost-saving projects, and deploy advanced technologies across remanufacturing sites and customer accounts worldwide.

You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and reliability teams, preparing detailed plans and ensuring milestones are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering or Project Management role
• Experience with next generation automation tools or other emerging technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and manage issues to resolution
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Responsabilidades

• Support scoping, active, and cut-in phases to successful project implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Risk, and external suppliers
• Prepare detailed project plans and drive internal execution to meet targets
• Facilitate global communications and manage stakeholder interactions
• Develop a network of resources to support project execution
• Help develop MGPP and out-year strategy
• Identify and implement emerging technologies such as automation and machine vision
• Represent Wabtec professionally in customer and supplier interactions
