Job summary

Siemens AG seeks a mid-level Cloud Experience Manager for CORE – Cloud, Operations, Reliability & Engineering in Mexico City. You will govern regional cloud operations, manage client onboarding, renewals, and offboarding for SaaS environments, and lead risk, security, and compliance efforts across projects.

You will coordinate stakeholder expectations, oversee service health dashboards, and drive improvements while ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met and aligned with leadership strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an ITIL environment with service governance.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud operations in an enterprise context.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational governance within the regional CORE team and enforce operation management governance.
• Oversee customer engagement from onboarding to SAAS lifetime, renewals, and offboarding.
• Manage risk and issues with planning, analysis, response, and control.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and drive corrective actions.
• Review contracts for risks, opportunities and obligations; align with leadership.
• Manage customer support needs and project scope to meet objectives.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Lead communication for outages and escalations with Siemens CORE leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement ideas within operations and release readiness.
