Milestone One is seeking a Site Coordinator to support trial sites in alignment with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements, within defined timelines and enrollment goals. The role serves as the primary liaison between Sponsors or CROs and the site.

You will manage feasibility responses, scheduling for monitoring visits, and timely data entry into EDC systems while maintaining regulatory documents and supporting site contracts and payments.

Formación

• Requires college or university degree in Life Science, preferably pharmacy, nursing or lab analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job experience in a clinical trial environment as a Study Coordinator or similar.
• Upper-intermediate English with ability to work in a global team environment.
• Experience in nephrology studies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main line of communication between Sponsor or CRO and the site.
• Ensure timely responses to feasibility questions and monitor scheduling and preparation for visits.
• Track patient enrollment and support site and sponsor teams to hit timelines and enrollment goals.
• Maintain study documents at the site level and ensure data entry in study systems.
• Support contract and budget negotiations at the site level and assist Investigator payments.
