Milestone One is seeking a Site Coordinator to support trial sites in all activities per ICH-GCP and protocol timelines. You will act as the primary liaison between Sponsor or CRO and the site, coordinate monitoring visits, and track enrollment while ensuring data entry and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a Life Science degree and 2+ years in clinical trials, with upper‑intermediate English. Nephrology study experience is advantageous for this role.

Formación

• Degree in Life Science required.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical trials.
• Upper‑intermediate English.
• Experience in nephrology studies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main line of communication between Sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Support site activities per ICH-GCP and study timelines.
• Coordinate monitoring visits and respond to monitors.
• Track patient enrollment and assist in meeting enrollment goals.
• Maintain study documents and data entry in EDC systems.
• Report adverse events and protocol deviations timely.
• Handle investigational products and regulatory documents.
• Support contract/budget negotiations and site payments.
• Schedule study procedures and assist in audits/inspections.
• Build and sustain relationships with sponsors and sites.
