ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical trial management activities, supporting teams to deliver quality outcomes across programmes.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with investigators and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in medicine or science or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Proven ability to drive clinical deliverables of a study.
• Subject matter expertise in designated therapeutic area.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budget and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and manage relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure trials comply with local, national and international regulations and ethics.
• Problem-solve and make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection and risk management.
