Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee clinical operations for low-to-moderate complexity studies in alignment with ICH GCP. You will lead the clinical team, ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective deliverables, and maintain study documentation in the Trial Master File.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in client meetings, and help optimize monitoring plans, budgets, and forecasting while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or similar.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to timelines.
