Novartis in Mexico (Guamúchil) seeks a procurement professional to own one category within the country. You will help implement the Category Strategy and Annual Category Plan, drive projects, and manage supplier performance and innovation.

You will support category leadership with day-to-day category management activities. The role requires experience in procurement, cross-functional teamwork across regions, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of procurement experience
• Cross-functional and cross-country collaboration
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Sourcing & Contracting experience
• Launching tender process
• English communication (verbal & written)

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of the Category Strategy and the Annual Category Plan.
• Deploy actions within categories and support target setting and savings delivery.
• Collect supplier, market, and internal category data for analysis.
• Coordinate materials for supplier segmentation as directed by framework.
• Track risk and issue management for the category.
• Facilitate contract management and cross-divisional spend.
• Understand procurement practices and processes across categories.
