Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. is seeking a procurement professional to manage one category in Mexico and support category strategy execution. The role requires collaboration across functions and countries to deliver value.

You will help develop the annual category plan, deploy category actions, and support supplier data collection, risk tracking, and contract management across divisions. Proficiency in English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years cross-functional procurement experience
• Vendor & stakeholder management experience
• Sourcing and contracting experience; ability to launch tender processes
• English communication (verbal & written)
• Negotiating root cause analysis and problem solving

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of the Category Strategy and the Annual Category Plan.
• Deploy actions within categories and help deliver savings targets.
• Coordinate materials for supplier segmentation and risk management.
• Facilitate contract management and cross-divisional spend tracking.
• Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours of receipt.
