• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of cumulative experience in sourcing, fulfillment, program management, or supply chain.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in sourcing, fulfillment, program management, or supply chain.
• Experience in castings is a plus.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Access skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Demonstrated negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive margin improvement by cost reduction negotiations and optimizing landed costs.
• Drive cash improvement by extending supplier payment terms.
• Support fulfillment and quality objectives through supplier reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Forecast deflation, tariffs, expenses and investment spend.
• Lead and mentor commodity leaders and coordinate across business units.
• Develop and execute long-term, global strategies for assigned sub-commodities.
• Position the commodity for future success with multiple suppliers and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with shop operations and product management for cost-out priorities.
• Monitor index trends and manage RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
• Escalate and resolve major supplier issues.
