EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Allocation Manager to act as the main information & reporting resource for the Allocation team. You will lead a team of supply chain analysts ensuring allocation and delivery requests for Wholesale and Retail are fulfilled on time and accurately.

You will coordinate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to convey priorities, troubleshoot errors, and optimize allocation processes across Wholesale, Retail, and Web channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Supply Chain, Ops, Business, or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources.
• Strong verbal & written skills, plus strong presentation ability.
• Able to gather, manipulate, & interpret data, solve problems, & establish priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports utilizing planning systems and other tools.
• Assists team with development of complex Excel spreadsheets, automation formulas, & reports formatting.
• Fulfills allocation and delivery creation requests for Wholesale and Retail teams.
• Checks over requests from Retail and Web teams and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoots allocation/delivery issues and coordinates with IT for issue resolution.
