Formación

• Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Optics, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with technical problem solving.
• Experience leading technical teams across locations.
• Background in process development, characterization, and optimization.
• Strong data analysis and first-principles engineering skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and influence global, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Map processes with inputs, outputs, and critical parameters.
• Identify limitations and optimize through data-driven analysis.
• Characterize, validate, and establish process capability.
• Lead deployment of optimized processes across development and production.
• Capture knowledge transfer and align NPI, Product, and Process groups.
• Develop fundamental process understanding for long-term control and innovation.
