Schneider Electric is seeking an Analyst to own and optimize the accounting tools and processes powering its global financial operations. You will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support end users across regions.

The role requires experience with AP/AR cycles, VAT, and SAP/Oracle, plus strong Excel skills and English proficiency. Join a team focused on accuracy, timelines, and continuous improvement across the company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Admin.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Tax and AR/AP processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP or Oracle.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Good understanding of VAT, AP/AR cycles, and travel & expense processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize global accounting tools and processes.
• Develop standardized accounting processes ensuring regional compliance.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for accounting tools.
• Collaborate with Tax, AP, Procurement, Legal, Treasury to ensure contracts meet tax requirements.
