SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Accounting Management 1 to oversee journal entries, GL reconciliations, inter‑company charges, and tax‑related reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will lead a small team and collaborate with plant managers to ensure accuracy and timely close.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 2–5 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing background a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills; able to supervise a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Assist with amortization schedules and inter‑company charges.

• Assist with property tax renditions and amortization entries.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Financial Review & Approval: Review and approve journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations prepared by the team.
• Amortization & Insurance: Assist with amortization schedules and inter-company charges for risk insurance.
• Inter-Company Accounting: Assist with inter-company loan schedules and journal entries.
• Tax & Reporting: Assist with the preparation of property tax renditions and amortization journal entries.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Partner directly with plant managers, project leads, and department heads to verify asset status and resolve discrepancies.
• Time Management: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict CAPEX tracking and period-end close deadlines.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining flexibility to adjust pace as project volumes fluctuate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of accounting experience (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills.
• Manager Experience: Supervise a team of 2 to 3 employees.
