Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico (Ciudad Obregón) seeks a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager to deepen client relationships, tailor banking solutions, and coordinate with product, risk and credit teams to deliver compliant, effective financing and investment options.

With 5–8 years in banking, strong credit, financial modeling and communication skills, you will identify cross-sell opportunities, support onboarding and annual reviews, and help protect Citi’s assets while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in banking or related field.
• Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes.
• Demonstrates core credit skills.
• Ability to close deals and manage the credit origination process.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Team-oriented with proactive client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations.
• Serves as clients' contact point and manages internal departments to address service issues.
• Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
• Works with product specialists to structure innovative and customized solutions for clients.
• On-boards and retains clients with KYC and compliance deliverables.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
• Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and supports deals with risk-balanced structures.
