Human Resources
- Supervise HR operations for multiplant or multi-shift environments.
- Lead and support a team of 5–10 HR professionals.
- Manage end-to-end processes including hiring, onboarding, terminations, and employee relations.
- Administer and interpret the LFT, calculate severance packages, terminations, SDI, and manage exit negotiations.
- Oversee payroll-related processes and reporting using TRESS (report creation, payroll queries).
- Create and track departmental KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain HR procedures and policies.
- Ensure full compliance with NOM-035 and other HR-related norms.
- Act as an HR business partner, advising internal clients on labor strategy and compliance.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, operations, and corporate support areas.
- Support and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Ensure compliance with applicable NOMs
- Coordinate audits and inspections from STPS, Secretaría de Salud, Protección Civil.
- Oversee programs on ergonomics, risk prevention, and workplace safety.
- Ensure readiness and compliance for Juntas de Mejora Continua (JMA), CTPAT, and OEA certifications.
- Lead the development and delivery of EHS training.
- Maintain updated documentation and reporting as required by local authorities and internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (completed).
- Intermediate English preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor with EHS responsibilities.
- Solid experience with TRESS (report creation, payroll, data analysis).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Proficient in MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word.
- Deep knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, HR policies, and termination procedures.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills across multiple sites.
- Experience in client-facing roles and implementing service strategies via HR.
- Knowledge and experience in EHS management, including compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
