This role ensures optimal talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and culture-building efforts in a dynamic and competitive tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and innovation

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies

Promote diversity, inclusion, and a strong company culture

Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning

Support professional development and training programs

Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with discretion

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of HR experience in tech or fast-paced industries

In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices

Strong communication skills (English & Spanish)
