Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for Acapulco, Guerrero. Lead complex coastal projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality.

You will coordinate with developers, architects, engineers and authorities to meet objectives and maintain client relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7+ years of PM experience, fluency in Spanish, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management for large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in challenging environments such as coastal or high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials and PM software.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Experience with Guerrero permits and regulations; fluent Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client alignment.
• Oversee site operations: scheduling, resource management, and on-site coordination.
• Implement safety protocols and quality control throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and drive cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
• Prepare project documentation: progress reports, financial statements, risk assessments.
• Lead and motivate project teams including site staff, subcontractors and consultants.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders to progress projects and resolve issues.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, especially environmental factors and supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and permits for Acapulco, Guerrero.
