Job summary

Grupo Pesado Castro is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our on-site production lines in Mexico. This hands-on role requires keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly, meeting delivery deadlines, and guiding a large team on the floor.

You will plan and control production, schedule based on customer orders, monitor progress, handle rush orders, and drive continuous improvement with 5S and visual management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, preferably mechanical or food processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of real production line operations.
• Experience with production scheduling and on-time delivery.
• ISO 9001 knowledge; BRCGS and HACCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production and schedule production based on orders.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery; handle rush orders.
• Supervise 20–50+ people on the production floor; train new staff.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 MXN gross per month.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production line operations in Mexico. This is a hands-on, floor-based role for someone who knows how to keep production running smoothly, meet delivery deadlines, manage a team, and drive continuous improvement.
