Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, peripherals, and facilities. You will drive TPM adoption, manage maintenance systems, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize downtime and control costs.

The role requires a strong engineering background and 5+ years of leadership in maintenance, with experience in big data, cloud, and Python to support data-driven improvements and reliability initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as Maintenance Manager.
• 3–5 years of experience in Big Data, Cloud, integration, and Python.
• Experience implementing maintenance systems (TPM, CMS) and reducing downtime; contractor management and spare parts purchasing.
• Key competencies: Continuous Improvement, Leadership, Results Orientation, Adaptability, and Effective Communication.

Responsabilidades

• General administration of maintenance systems.
• Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Reduction of maintenance expenses.
• Definition and reporting of obsolete items (warehouse).
• Approval of purchases (equipment / services / improvements).
• Administration of peripheral equipment and facilities.
