An agricultural company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced leader to analyze data, manage maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in engineering and over 7 years of related experience. Responsibilities include defining objectives, managing MRO warehouse, planning resources, and creating KPIs to enhance performance. This position requires strong mechanical and controls knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to work in a bilingual environment.

Formación

• 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and controls.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the definition of objectives and strategies.
• Responsible for the administration of the MRO warehouse.
• Planned and controlled resources and budget for successful delivery.
• Create KPIs to improve departmental performance.
• Ensure equipment operates according to safety requirements.

Experience leader who analyzes data and objectives, KPIs, and targets as well as keep the equipment running according to current and future requirements.

Able to implement and execute reliable maintenance programs maximizing preventive and predictive approach to control minimum DT.

• Contribute to the definition of objectives, strategies, policies and procedures
• Responsible for the administration of the MRO warehouse
• Planned, managed, and controlled human and material resources and budget, to ensure successful delivery
• Create KPIs that will improve the department’s performance
• Responsible for the equipment running according to the Food safety, Health and Safety requirements, to deliver accurate performance and properly documented to respond the internal and external audits.

Requirements
