Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with the business landscape of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí is an advantage.
