Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management with residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and local codes.
• Experience with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities for residential projects, ensuring design, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; identify critical path and delays.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Oversee site operations, safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices; meet financial targets.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; address issues promptly.
• Facilitate permitting and communicate with authorities and inspectors.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Manage handover and ensure complete project documentation.
