The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and procurement to final handover. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and relevant local building codes. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software is a plus. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing site visits with office-based tasks.
