HIRING: SENIOR SALES MANAGER
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Strategic leader who drives sales growth, develops the team, manages performance, and ensures customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and achieve sales targets
• Manage team performance
• Train and develop the team
• Manage key client relationships
• Manage the sales budget
• Resolve sales-related issues
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Degree completed.
• 5 or more years managing sales campaigns, specifically:
-Insurance
-Credit Card Sales
• English (conversational level)
KNOWLEDGE:
• Office Suite
• Managing groups of over 400 people
• Call center KPIs
• Knowledge of financial products (preferred)
• Sales strategy leadership
• Data analysis
