RHI Magnesita busca un Profesional de Recursos Humanos Junior para unirse a su equipo en Ramos Arizpe. Este cargo implica la coordinación de funciones de Recursos Humanos en un entorno dinámico y multicultural, reportando al Jefe de Personas y Cultura de México. El candidato ideal debe tener mentalidad proactiva y experiencia previa en administración y negociación en RRHH, con un enfoque en innovación y mejora continua.

Formación

  • Gestión de contratación y capacitación.

Your position

As a Human Resources Professional Junior , you will report directly to the Head of People & Culture Mexico for the LATAM region andplay an integral role in the team. You will:

  • Be responsible to coordinate multiple areas of HR including:
  • General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance.
  • Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
  • Labor/industrial relations.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Mobility (strategy and design, relocation services domestic and international and immigration services).
  • HR business partnership (consulting and coaching);
  • S taffing and recruiting.
  • Talent and organization performance.
  • Training and development.
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Your profile

With a hands-on mentality, structured approach, and sharp analytical skills, you want to challenge and improve the status quo.

  • Previous professional experience
  • Fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH - Portuguese is a big plus
  • The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities and a critical mindset to challenge data, improve processes, and ensure the highest standards.
  • Following goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
  • Managing projects / processes , working independently with limited supervision.
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of internal clients and lower level professionals.
  • The problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
  • Ensure policies , practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
  • DEI and Customer focused

Education and Professional Background:

  • Minimum of 3–8 years of experience,
  • Proven experience with HRIS, people administration, Union negotiation, HR analysis and KPI follow up
  • Solid understanding of STPS, IMSS and Labor Law.

Technical and Core Competencies

  • Strong HR processes knowledge , with the ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Experience in preparation and review of executive reports and management reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel ; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). PBI (preferred)
  • Comfortable working with multinational environments and cross-functional teams
  • High level of independence, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines
