A leading e-commerce company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Cuautitlán Izcalli to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting operational meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This full-time position emphasizes work-life balance and career growth within an inclusive team culture.

Formación

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • 2 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office experience.
  • 1 year of experience supporting senior managers.
  • 1 year of experience managing travel reservations.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Warehouse Site Leader with administrative tasks.
  • Photocopying, typing, and making travel arrangements.
  • Create presentations and maintain schedules.
  • Lead operational meetings and document actions.
  • Curate key documents for the Site.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self‑motivated, able to handle confidential information and have a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

Job Requirements
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach.
  • Work 48 hours / week and overtime as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area including weekends, nights and / or holidays.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting Warehouse Site Leader with facilities to excel at their job.
  • Photocopying, typing, meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
  • Creating presentations using graphics.
  • Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
  • Leading Daily / Weekly / Monthly Operational meetings as needed and documenting follow‑up actions.
  • Curate key documents for the Site.
  • Participate in coordination of dynamics for operations teams.

Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • 1 year of experience supporting one or two senior manager or director roles.
  • 1 year of experience managing travel reservations.
  • Experience with end‑to‑end project management.
  • Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.
  • Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on‑site events and meetings.
  • Strong background of administrative secretarial support or other management experience.
