Mubea, un grupo global en la industria automotriz, busca un Contador General para supervisar operaciones contables y asegurar el cumplimiento de normas mexicanas. Reportarás información financiera, impuestos y reportes estatutarios en México.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en contabilidad mexicana, cierres mensuales/anuales y nivel de inglés avanzado. Se valorará experiencia en el sector automotriz o metalmecánico y CPA o equivalente.

Formación

• Título en Contabilidad (CPA o equivalente preferente).
• Maestría o especialización en Tributación, Contabilidad o Finanzas es una ventaja.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia progresiva en contabilidad bajo legislación mexicana.
• Experiencia en cumplimiento fiscal y reportes financieros mexicanos.
• Experiencia en cierres mensuales y anuales.
• Inglés avanzado es imprescindible.
• Experiencia en industria automotriz o metalmecánica.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar las operaciones contables diarias de la empresa.
• Preparar, revisar y aprobar asientos contables y registros.
• Realizar cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
• Preparar información financiera interna conforme a NIF.
• Preparar información financiera interna para sede.
• Conciliar cuentas bancarias, balance y libro mayor.
• Mantener el plan de cuentas y políticas contables.
• Gestionar activos fijos, depreciación, amortización y provisiones.
• Garantizar la exactitud e integridad de los registros.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.

Resumen

The General Accountant is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations and ensuring full compliance with Mexican accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. This role manages the preparation of internal financial information, tax filings, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations in Mexico.

Tareas y responsabilidades

• Manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and accounting records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Prepare accurate financial internal information in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).
• Prepare quarter internal financial information to be reported to headquarter.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and accounting policies.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and accounting provisions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Coordinate internal and external financial audits.

Estudios / Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• Master's degree or specialization in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in Mexican legislation.
• Background in Mexican tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Experience managing monthly and annual closings.
• English advance is a must.
• Previous experience in automotive or metal mechanical industry.
