Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its finance team at the Querétaro office and seeks a seasoned accounting professional.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, has 4+ years in General Accounting, and at least 2 in Mexican Fixed Assets, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency. You will consolidate financial statements, manage month-end closing, depreciation schedules, GST reporting, payroll, and tax compliance under Mexican law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 4 years in General Accounting.
• At least 2 years in Mexican Fixed Assets accounting/regulations.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements from GL and departments.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, bank reconciliations, month‑end close.
• Record fixed asset transactions and maintain depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax depreciation rules and asset write-offs.
• Perform GST/payroll reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
