Generador de Talento Mobile Insurance Specialist (MIS)

Role purpose:

Promote HSBC insurance solutions to match customer’s wealth needs (in particular Savings, Retirement, and Investment), and increase insurance penetration through the Premier segment, focusing on clients who don’t visit branches often. Use analytical and marketing-driven sales leads and RM Referrals to deliver customer needs aligned with their timing and location preferences through outreach, mobile, and tablet-enabled sales models.

Principal accountabilities:

  1. Identify and capitalize on insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up on analytically driven leads and campaigns.
  2. Maintain a high submitted-to-issued ratio with timely follow-up and after-sales service.
  3. Promote professional sales of insurance products.
  4. Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to meet the protection needs of Premier NRC customers.
  5. Establish effective relationships with other teams within the branch and relevant partners to ensure a consistent approach and outstanding service standards.
  6. Drive multiple-need fulfillment for existing NRC Insurance ETB customers through cross-sell and maturity campaigns.
  7. Build and maintain a positive team culture by ensuring quality business referrals, sharing product knowledge, and skills among team members. Build relationships with RMs and clients.
  8. Support referrals to the branch when other customer needs are identified.
  9. Identify and capture business opportunities from customer referrals and provide leads to RMs from non-bank customers to onboard them.
  10. Manage individual insurance portfolios to ensure high customer satisfaction and persistency.

Requirements

  • Strong client skills with the ability to deliver an excellent client experience and needs-based solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Market awareness of current conditions, new product solutions, and financial market activities.
  • Ability to accurately identify client needs.
  • Skills to manage a consultative sales process.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
