Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking an entry-level Content Moderator to bridge AI with real-world impact. You will review user- and AI-generated content, applying platform policies with GenAI-assisted decision tools to accelerate outcomes.

You'll learn AI operations in practice, gain exposure to Trust & Safety frameworks, and develop skills in moderation workflows, data labeling, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a structured tech-enabled role (e.g., content moderation, customer support, QA).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow defined guidelines.
• Excellent written English for documenting actions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Moderate content using AI-assisted tools and human review to ensure policy compliance.
• Apply moderation actions (approve, remove, tag, reclassify) consistently across content types.
• Organize and prioritize content queues; monitor workflow and delays.
• Communicate task status and blockers to internal teams.
• Annotate and tag content to generate clean training data for AI systems.
• Identify edge cases and provide feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Maintain logs of moderation actions and escalations for audits.
