Capgemini Mexico is seeking a hands-on Agent Builder – Gemini AI to design, configure, and deploy Gemini-powered AI agents. You will work with AI architects, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to implement intelligent workflows, APIs, and conversational experiences across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Experience developing or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or conversational apps.
Proficient in prompt engineering and LLM-based development.
Experience building agent instructions, prompts, grounding, tools, guards, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and deploy Gemini-powered AI agents based on designs.
Design prompts and grounding mechanisms to improve accuracy.
Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise systems and data sources.
Follow Agile practices; write tests and support deployment and production stabilization.
