Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Conversational AI Architect in Mexico to design, construct, and deploy advanced agentic AI platforms. You will bridge Generative AI models with enterprise environments, write production-grade code, and coordinate multi-agent workflows using Gemini CX and Vertex AI Agent Builder.

You will oversee hybrid conversational flows, implement retrieval-augmented generation, and build secure data pipelines with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and MCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in cloud AI architecture.
• Experience deploying large-scale AI agents in production.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

We're in search of a highly capable, hands-on Conversational AI Architect to design, construct, and deploy cutting-edge agentic AI platforms. In this capacity, you'll act as the critical bridge linking state-of-the-art Generative AI models with complex enterprise production environments.
