Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and programming languages like C#, JAVA, and Python is required. • Experience with one or more of our competitors like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (IDP), intelligent data automation and software test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments and to work in a fast-paced organization.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as, but not limited to, C#, JAVA, Python.
• Familiarity with knowledge of application functions, bug fixing and testing protocols.
