This position will be based in the Mexico office of Brown Forman, working under the GBS structure, with the possibility to work remotely one day a week.

What You Can Expect

  • Manage efficient invoice workflow and administration for your Business Unit, collaborating with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with the team on proper invoice submissions to ensure a seamless workflow with our invoice digitization partner.

  • Provide general support for Invoice to Pay (Coupa) processes, ensuring they're linked to day-to-day invoice processing activities.

  • Identify root causes of invoice processing errors and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Work directly with the invoice digitization processor for error and problem resolution.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. We'll also consider candidates with 5+ years of related experience if you don't have a degree.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English.
