Henkel is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as the link between the order entry team and logistics. You will review customer portals, download purchase orders, and forward essential information to the logistics team.

The role requires an Admin degree, customer service experience, and intermediate English. Responsibilities include maintaining portals, correcting orders, and uploading orders in SAP while working in a hybrid environment with flexible hours and growth opportunities at

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Degree in Business Administration is required.
• Analytical, proactive and good communication skills are expected.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required.

• Review customer portals and download purchase orders.
• Forward all relevant information to the logistics team.

About this Position

The customer service specialist will serve as the point of contact between the order entry team and the logistics department. They will be responsible for reviewing customer portals, downloading purchase orders, and forwarding all relevant information to the logistics team.
