Position Overview:
- The position is for a Functional Support Analyst with a technical background in the Fusion ERP Suite of products, responsible for providing excellent customer service support, incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex cases.
- The main role involves troubleshooting and resolving highly complex techno-functional problems.
- This position focuses on providing technical and functional customer service and driving complete resolution of each service incident.
- Key skills include high-level techno-functional expertise, Oracle product knowledge, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills. The role involves working with both Cloud and On-Premise customers, including:
- Advising on complex Oracle product use
- Resolving mission-critical issues
- Managing sensitive customer issues
- Serving as Situation Manager on critical issues
- Consulting with management for resolution strategies
- Additional responsibilities include knowledge transfer through training, mentoring, and creating or reviewing Knowledge Articles.
Qualifications:
- Must-Have Skills:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Oracle EBS suite support, implementation, or upgrade, with at least 1 SaaS ERP Finance implementation experience (AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
- Hands-on functional/product or technical experience; support at L1/L2/L3 levels or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and advise on implementations.
- Proficiency in reading and acting upon software Log and Trace files.
- Experience troubleshooting, resolving issues, and data analysis.
- Understanding business process flow and performing functional testing with test scripts.
- Training and knowledge sharing experience.
- Nice to Have Skills:
- 5 to 6 years in Oracle SaaS Fusion Financials support or implementation.
- Configuration experience in Fusion Cloud modules (AR, Payables, GL, Accounting Hub).
- Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, setup, FBDI, OTBI reports, external data integrations, and Chinese localizations.
- Knowledge of Security setup, PL/SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, Web Services.

Education & Experience:BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with sufficient experience may be considered.
