Henkel seeks a Functional Controller to drive financial insights and robust internal controls across departments in the Mexico region. You will report to Functional Managers, analyze performance, and support planning and cost transparency.

You will lead annual planning coordination, maintain planning tools, and collaborate with functional leads to unpack variances and support strategic cost management. English and advanced Excel are required.

• Experience in controlling.

Responsabilidades

• Report financial information to Functional Managers with accurate, timely insights and strong control mechanisms.
• Support decision-making through financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Partner with Functional Managers to monitor cost development, provide variance explanations, and drive cost transparency.
• Coordinate the annual planning process and oversee the setup and maintenance of planning and reporting tools.

About this Position

As a Functional Controller, you will drive operational efficiency by reporting timely financial insights directly to Functional Managers, ensuring robust internal controls and alignment with planned objectives. Serving as a key strategic partner, you will lead financial analysis, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with functional leads to monitor cost developments, unpack variance drivers, and foster complete cost transparency across departments.

What You´ll Do

• Responsible for reporting financial information to Functional Managers, providing accurate and timely insights to ensure effective control mechanisms and close monitoring of planned objectives.
• Actively supports the decision-making process through financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Partners with Functional Managers to monitor cost development, provide variance explanations, and drive cost transparency.
• Additionally, coordinates the annual planning process and oversees the technical setup and maintenance of planning and reporting tools
