Henkel is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement lead for the Americas Planning Hub to drive operational excellence and standardize planning processes. The role focuses on data-driven decisions, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.

You will mentor Planning Hub teams, manage change, and present progress to leadership while pushing for strategic transformation in Supply Planning operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong KPI optimization, automation experience, and analytics capabilities.

• Define and deploy the Continuous Improvement roadmap for the Americas Planning Hub.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize planning processes.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure operational excellence and process performance.
• Support implementation of best practices and standardized ways of working across the region.
• Lead change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and tools.
• Coach and develop CI mindset within Planning Hub teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on transformation priorities.
• Present project progress, risks and benefits to leadership teams.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives impacting Supply Planning operations.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

About this Position Lead the Continuous Improvement strategy for the Americas Planning HUB by driving operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation across Supply Planning processes.

Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.

What You´ll Do

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement
• Experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong process improvement, KPI optimization, and automation experience.
• Experience with Analytics and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Supply Reviews, S&OP, or supply network optimization
