We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct interviews, document workflows, analyze and prioritize requirements to align with business goals.
2. Solution Design and Documentation: Translate requirements into functional specifications, develop user stories, create process flows, and maintain documentation.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and provide updates.
4. System Configuration and Testing: Configure Salesforce, conduct testing, support defect resolution, ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
5. Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, provide ongoing support, and stay updated with Salesforce features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
